Seriously I am asking myself where May went. My daughter’s schedule was and still is jam packed with activities back to back. Phew- June starts the busy time at the Pilates studio with young athletes coming in for their privates, time off and of course taking my daughter to her summer activities. I’m going to run down the summer schedule, but I will also send out quick reminders of them when we come up to them. Lastly, as always the vagaro schedule will be a true reflexion of my schedule, so if that day, time isn’t open, that is what that means. If I need to open up my Friday morning to accommodate schedules, I am open to doing that during the summer months. As always, if you need your expiration date pulled out due to my time off, please let me know. The clients whom I charge, has their expiration date pulled out since I know when I’m gone when I charge them.

We were all Super Bummed about Union Hill having to close on our May Pilates with a Glass day but! We have not cancel June, no we have not. June’s Pilates with a Glass will be June 20th at 7pm. I am really loving having the free 15min zoom sessions with the members. I am able to get some great feedback from them to give them the kind of videos they are looking for. This last month, a few requested shorter videos. So, I have been delivering with some great 20 minute workouts in each category. The members are LOVING them because they can get the 20 minutes in and get back to what they have to get done.
The month of June we are using the small ball. I love using the small ball because it mimics the small barrel. It gives you support to get deeper into the abdominals and out of the hip flexors. It also will be a support to one’s head when curl and reach is a challenge. Lastly, there is nothing better than getting your pelvis on the small ball and stretch the lower back…ahhh, I feel the stretch just writing about it.
