Thank you so much for being flexible over those past summer weeks. Being a mom and a business owner has its schedule challenges at times so I thank you for your understanding.

They are so important for your body. The importance of moving your body weight is just that, being able to move YOUR body. As we know the history of Pilates, Joe created the Mat exercises first, then because of his work with injured bodies he created the equipment. So, the Mat is equally important as the Privates. You can always join the OPVL The Online Pilates Video Library. There is over 15 videos in each category. The videos range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. I have been getting such great feedback from the members. Having access to the Library any time allows you to get your workout in any time.
I love workout videos, I have been using videos since 2001. Soon after I graduated from UC Irvine. I missed the fact that I wasn’t dancing all day every day so when I wasn’t going to a dance class on a particular day, then I would do my workout video. I literally did that same video any time of day and whenever I had my off day. It was by far the saving grace to keeping my body moving in between. Luckly, for the members of OPVL they have over 15 videos to pick from on any given day! Once a month at the end of the month a new video gets uploaded to the site. Some of the favorites that members are raving about are: Speciality videos, “Shoulder work with the band”, “Shoulder Health", “Wrist”and the “Leg Stretches”. In the Quick 10 minute category the members are raving about the “Hips and Glutes" video, “Low Abdominal video" and “Standing Abs with a side of Balance”. In Level 1 “Simple and Quick” video gets repeated, Level 2 “Hitting Every spot” is on repeat and Level 3 “Quick Flow” is loved!
I know the reason I decided to get a video many years ago was because it allowed me to do the workout on my own time, I didn’t have to impress anyone I could do it sloppy or refined because untimely I was doing it for myself and for my body. Another thing I loved about working out with a video, is it never changes, I know what was coming up so it allowed me to flow more in my movement practice. Are you ready to join?
